MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS
Delta Sigma Company (DSC) has been in the business of designing and building systems to acquire difficult RF measurements since 1990. Our positioning systems use all digital controls and exclusively brushless servo motors to provide the highest torque density available. High levels of automation, ease of use, reliability and accuracy are the hallmarks of every DSC system. Turnkey Chambers
For RCS or antenna measurements, compact reflector or direct illumination, QC or R&D chambers, DSC has the experience to engineer and supply a complete measurement system from the ground up.
QC Measurements
Whether your QC measurement requirements are for antenna pattern or RCS value verifications, your test chamber should be thought of as a part of your assembly line – not a laboratory.
Compact Reflectors
Sometimes a near-field measurement just won’t do. DSC can Provide compact reflectors designed to meet your specific Far-field needs up close.
Turntables & Foam Columns
DSC provides turntables for large (airplanes, tanks, or cars) and small (missiles, bullets or cell phones).
Pylons & Rotators
DSC builds low RCS pylons that are strong and reliable. They are Topped with a one, two, or three-axis positioner that is fast and Stable. Backlash of 0.005 degrees is available for AZ, EL, and roll.
Antenna Test Positioners
Antenna test positioners for aerospace, automotive, and cellular antennas are offered. AZ, EL, and roll positioners with linear axes for any target size are available. These systems are highly automated, very stable and very accurate.
Transmissivity Testers
When you want to know the transmission loss of a material, DSC’s transmissivity test system will provide 2D image data down to 2.5mm resolution.
Personnel Work Platforms
When there is no getting around having to mount and dismount heavy targets up high, DSC can design and build a personnel work platform (PWP) that gets people, targets, tools, and hardware from the ground up to the top of the positioner and back down quickly, painlessly and safely.
