The PEC cone-sphere is a member of the canonical RCS target family and can  be a difficult target to measure. It’s front tip diffraction and rear creeping wave, high dynamic range, propensity for target-mount interaction errors, and difficulty in mounting, challenge range background levels, operator skill, and signal processing capabilities. DSC offers cone-sphere designs for a wide variety of measurement needs, including different tip angles, length, and construction techniques. Full-wave and physical optics data are available based on electrical size.
