QUALITY CONTROL DIRECT RF ILLUMINATION CHAMBERS
An anechoic quality control direct RF illumination chamber is a specialized facility used for quality control and testing of electronic devices and systems, particularly those that use radio frequency (RF) signals. It is designed to provide a controlled electromagnetic environment, free from reflections and other sources of interference, to accurately measure the performance of the device or system being tested.
The chamber is lined with materials that absorb electromagnetic waves, creating an anechoic (echo-free) environment. This allows for accurate measurement of the device or system’s characteristics without interference from reflections. The chamber is also equipped with RF signal generators and receivers that can provide a direct RF illumination of the device under test.
